Toy Museum
In the city of Trujillo, near the Plaza de Armas, you can find the famous Toy Museum. It has a large collection of children's goods made before 1950, and is a very pretty and fashionable tourist destination. The Toy Museum was founded by Gerardo Chavez, a famous Peruvian figurative artist, and has been in existence for 22 years. There are tons of toys waiting for you, from cute dolls for girls to locomotives and airplanes for boys to scary celluloid dolls for Halloween. There are two Japanese dolls. It's a bit like a Studio Ghibli movie. They also have a nice bar called Museo café bar. Entrance fee is 8 soles.

En la ciudad de Trujillo, cerca de la Plaza de Armas, se encuentra el famoso Museo del Juguete. Tiene una gran colección de artículos infantiles fabricados antes de 1950 y es un destino turístico muy bonito y de moda. El Museo del Juguete fue fundado por Gerardo Chávez, un famoso artista figurativo peruano, y existe desde hace 22 años. Hay toneladas de juguetes esperándote, desde lindas muñecas para niñas hasta locomotoras y aviones para niños y aterradores muñecos de celuloide para Halloween. Hay dos muñecas japonesas. Es un poco como una película de Studio Ghibli. También tienen un bonito bar llamado Museo cafe bar. El costo de la entrada es de 8 soles.
